Welcome to the very first, impartial, web-based voter guide for the elections to the AAUW board.
All candidates were asked to respond to a set of questions developed by a group of members. The candidates' participation was completely voluntary and outside of the formal campaign process. Their responses are reported here without any modificatins.

This voter guide for the 2009 elections to the AAUW board is an effort to provide additional information to the delegates as they choose the leaders who will shape the new AAUW after July 1, 2009.
It has been independent of all the candidates' campaigns and any official campaign process. It presents the information as it was submitted by the candidates.
The questions were developed by a group of volunteers who hope that delegates find it useful in learning about the candidates. A goal is to help the delegates spend their time in St. Louis more productively as they study the issues that will affect important decisions on the future leadership of AAUW.
